How do I know which plan fits my business?
It depends mostly on how many bank accounts, credit cards and loans you have, and whether you want us to handle invoicing and bills. On a free consultation we'll look at your accounts and recommend the plan that fits.
Is payroll included?
Advanced and Complete include biweekly payroll administration for up to 5 employees. We run payroll through our partner, Cascade Payroll, and also support Gusto; we do not administer QuickBooks Payroll. The payroll provider’s own service fees are in addition to our rates and are paid separately to the provider. Businesses with 6 or more employees use our HR/Payroll package for payroll.
What if my business grows?
We review your plan every quarter. If you add accounts or activity that moves you into a different plan, we'll tell you before your fee changes.
What if I'm behind on my books?
Catch-up and cleanup work is quoted as a one-time project to get you current. After that, your monthly plan keeps you there.
How is billing handled?
Plans are billed monthly in advance at one flat fee, so you always know what bookkeeping will cost.
